How We Got Here
Pegasus Games has served Madison and the surrounding communities from our Market Square Shopping Center home for over 45 years. What began as a local hobby shop has grown into a cornerstone of Wisconsin's gaming scene - a gathering place for players, collectors, and competitors of every kind.
We stock Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh, Flesh and Blood, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, and Riftbound alongside tabletop RPGs and accessories. Our events calendar runs year-round with leagues, tournaments, and community nights for players at every level.

Pokémon TCG
Pick up the latest Pokemon TCG sets and join our weekly Pokemon League. We carry singles, booster boxes, and specialty products for players of all levels.
Magic: The Gathering
From Friday Night Magic to Commander nights, we keep a deep selection of Magic: The Gathering singles and sealed product and run regular sanctioned events.
Disney Lorcana
Disney Lorcana has found a home at Pegasus. Pick up the latest sets and join our growing Lorcana community.
Yu-Gi-Oh!
Yu-Gi-Oh duels happen here year-round. We stock current and legacy sets with regular locals for all skill levels.
Grading & Slabs

Submit for Grading
We accept grading submissions in-store. Bring your cards in and staff will walk you through the process. A grading fee applies per submission. Ask at the counter for current rates and turnaround times.
Buy & Sell Slabs
PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards in the showcase, starting at $40. We buy graded cards at competitive market rates - bring yours in, we'll price them on the spot. Trade credit available.
Raw Card Conditions
All raw singles graded using industry standard: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP). Staff walks you through every card's condition before purchase. No surprises, no mixed lots.
The In-Store Experience
Not a big-box store. Never will be.
Staff Who Collect
Everyone here actually collects. Hunting a specific WOTC holo, building a tournament deck, or just seeing what's new in the showcase, staff can talk through value, pull from the back, and give you a real opinion, not a sales pitch.
Drinks & Snacks
Settle in. Coke, Gatorade, Red Bull, Celsius, and Agua Frescas available in-store. Come for the cards, stay for the rip session. There's no rush to get you out the door.
Weekly Events
Regular tournaments and trading events bring the community in. All skill levels welcome - first-timers to seasoned grinders. Check the events page for the current schedule and register in advance.
